The first purchase of a given product can be returned within 60 days of the purchase for a refund or an exchange for a different product. Second or later purchases are eligible for an exchange for a different product. Return policy excludes free products.

Alternatively, you can call us at (646) 760 5142 but please note we are a small team and telephone calls will be returned within 24 business hours.
Shipping Charges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot supply a shipping label for returns and shipping for returns will be at your own cost.
Damaged or missing items
If you received a damaged product or your shipment is missing, please notify us immediately for assistance. Damaged products or missing shipments are eligible for a replacement within 60 days of the purchase.
